Vehicles Tracked by Ford Pro Fleet Management Software Increased by 40% Since 2023

After a year of development, Ford Pro Fleet Management was launched in 2022 to serve as a valuable tool for the expanding commercial and electric fleet segments, including in Europe. Even before supporting vehicles in the fleet, Ford Pro simplifies vehicle purchasing, financing, and servicing while providing telematics and data services, connected software, and EV charging management. 

Observing the increasing adoption of EVs in commercial fleets, Ford launched Ford Pro Charging in 2021 to support business customers managing fleets that now include electric trucks and vans. The following year, Ford introduced Ford Pro Intelligence to the system, which expanded telematics for vehicles across all powertrains, incorporating a stolen vehicle recovery system and data to analyze driver behavior. As more EVs entered fleets, Ford upgraded the system in 2023 with a more advanced E-Telematics system that offers insights into vehicle performance, battery usage, and predictive maintenance.
